Well it seems the Christmas gremlins are out and about, but here is everything one could need to turn a Ford Escort van into a home made RS modified van… well everything except the heart of the beast of-course…
H reg, 1.3 OHV engine, new thermostat says 54k ish but lm assuming its been around once, MOTs do collaborate the low miles but they only go back as far as modern MOT history & only 4 previous owners not including me, MOT till 19 June 19
It has some niggles and things need sorting, mainly a hole in the drivers floor, some rot behind back bumper, some dash bulbs are out, passenger seats has no cover.
Its had a blow over and looks ok from a distance, the rear arches are bubbling as are doors and theres some small dints here and there.
Ive changed all the locks so now it uses 1 key for all of them and has 2 spare keys.
It doesnt come with the 17″ wheels pictured but with a set of 15″ TSW stealths and a spare set of standard 13″ steelies.
I also have the following parts lve bought to turn the van into a RS rep.
RS side skirts and arch lips (proper van kit needs attention and painting)
Genuine RS Turbo bonnet (in red)
Twin headlight conversion (needs paint)
40mm lowering springs for the front.
The 17s are peugeot wheels and could be available at an extra cost along with the front 15mm spacers correct bolts, rear 20mm spacers stud conversion. Wheels are immaculate 1 does need a tyre though.
The last photo is the look that l was aiming for.
